Taking Back the Day.  The reading level is teenage, as is the subject matter.  The story is about dealing with bullies.  Parental guidance is suggested.

Ronath the Paladin.  The reading level needed is, I think, fifth grade.  The subject matter is for teenagers.  This story is about violence, how you can deal with it and still be a good person.

The Adventures of Imogene (a Dog).   The reading level is about third grade and so is the subject matter.
