youngest son of Earl Cavendish Dolittle, Rolf is a brilliant scholar,
somewhat annoyed by the good humor, althetic prowess, and inheritance
of his older brother. Since his position in the family requires
him to earn his own fortune (because he must have a fortune!) and his
proclivities require that it be accomplished without undue exertion, he
has chosen the path of the mage. He has completed his undergraduate studies at Thorn Keep at the age of 19. Long fingernails are an indication that one does no manual labor.
